In 1999, Neurosis came out with the album “Times of Grace“. That album, apparently was done in parallel with a lesser known side project of theirs – Tribes of Neurot. I’ve heard the combination of these albums before (both albums playing at the same time). I wasn’t aware there was an entirely separate album though.
It’s Awesome.
I’ve mentioned albums from Neurosis before. Something about that band hits me right between the eyes. I’ve checked the other albums from the side project, Tribes of Neurot. I didn’t appreciate them as much as this one. I hope you like them as much as I do.
Fair warning. Tribes of Neurot isn’t music for the front of your attention span. One of their albums is entirely insect sounds mixed into music.

The song names are no typo. They’re literally just an enumeration of the name of the album. Some of the other albums have song titles like \_/.
