The kids and I hit up the local 4 Rivers BBQ Smokehouse every Thursday night after school. It’s a tradition we’ve had for a couple of years now. The staff knows what we’re going to order as soon as we get there.

My childhood had plenty of uncertainty in it. That created some issues I’d like to *not* pass on to my own kids. Being reliable, and having constant patterns is just one of a few ways to provide that 😉
